Automatic Counting Type Tablets / Pellets Packing FFS Machine Model FFS-100C (200mm) are ideal for Counting & Packing in Pouches of Tablets, Capsules, Pellets, Buttons, etc. Machines that form the package, fill it with a dry product, and seal it shut are known as Form-Fill-Seal machines. Flexible film is used in most FFS packing machine to create the primary kit, such as a bag or pouch. These machines ensure hygienic packing of the product along with the focus on keeping moisture away from the product for retaining the free flow texture of the same. The introduction of digital control particle filling machines in advanced technology in many industries has increased work efficiency. These machines often feature intermediate perforation for consecutive pouches, as well as the ability to cut strips after a predetermined number of pouches using a digital auto–cut feature. This is useful for filling of all types of oblects in Bottles, Jars & Glasses.

We provide Granule Filling Machines with PLC control bag length regulation. It can be used with heat-sealable compound materials, including single paper/PE, cellophane/PE, aluminium foil/PE, BOPP/PE, Nylon/PE, and so on. The inside wall has a screw structure to quickly and stably enhance the vibration of the feeding stuff. It's driven by a microcomputer. The entire machine has a stainless steel shell, buckle design.
