KRAFTOMECH HELP CENTRE

A little clarity.
A better decision.

What information should I share to choose a machine?
Start with what you make or pack, the material or container you use, the quantity in each pack and the number of units you handle per day or month. Also share your working hours and whether the machine will operate independently or on an existing line.
Is a manual, semi-automatic or automatic machine right for me?
Compare your daily output, available operators and how consistently work arrives through the day. A small batch may suit a manual machine; repeated production may justify automation. Confirm capacity at your actual pack size instead of selecting on the automation label alone.
Should I buy for my current output or future growth?
Share both figures with our team. A shortlist can compare a machine for your present workload with an option that leaves room for growth, including the additional investment, operating requirements and changeover needs.
Can one machine handle several products or pack sizes?
Some machines support a range of products or pack sizes, but each proposed use must be checked against the specification. Share every product, fill quantity and pack type, including the smallest and largest sizes. Different attachments or settings may be required.
Can I print on plastic pouches, paper bags, bottles or metal?
The surface, ink or laser technology and required durability all matter. Share the material, whether it is rigid or flexible, and a sample of the actual pack. A successful print on one plastic does not establish compatibility with every plastic.
How does daily printing volume affect the machine choice?
For a printer, share packs per day or month, the number of codes per pack, the print size and how many days you operate. Cartridge consumption can make a low purchase price less attractive at higher volumes. Compare the upfront cost and verified running cost together.
How do you compare ink cartridge running costs?
Use a sample of your actual message and obtain a verified estimate of prints per cartridge for that message. Divide cartridge price by the usable print count, then multiply by your usage. Include cleaning, wastage and other consumables where applicable. There is no single reliable cost per print for all messages.
When should I consider an online printer instead of a handheld printer?
An online printer may suit a moving production line or repeated high-volume coding. The line speed, product spacing, printing position and available mounting space must be checked. A handheld printer may suit occasional or varied jobs. Confirm both workflow and operating cost before deciding.
Does a laser printer eliminate all running costs?
Laser marking avoids ink cartridges, but selection still depends on the material and mark required. Include power, maintenance, extraction and any required safety arrangements in the comparison. Request a marking trial on your actual material.
Is the same filler suitable for juice, oil, paste and chunky pickle?
Do not assume that it is. Thin liquids, viscous pastes and products with solid pieces need different checks. Share the product consistency, particle or chunk size, fill temperature, desired quantity and container opening. A sample trial may be needed.
Can I select a filler using grams alone?
Fill quantity is essential, but so are product behaviour and density. Volume-based filling and weight-based filling work differently. State the required unit, acceptable variation and the actual product so that grams and millilitres are not treated as interchangeable.
How is the required filling capacity calculated?
Provide the number of packs per day, pack quantity, working hours and expected changeovers. Confirm the achievable speed with your actual product and fill size, allowing for loading, cleaning and downtime.
What should I share for powder, spices, granules or farsaan?
Share the product, fill-weight range and pack dimensions. Explain whether it is free-flowing, fine and dusty, sticky, fragile or a mixture of different pieces. These differences help identify the filling method that should be trialled.
How do I choose a pouch sealer?
Share the pouch material and thickness, pouch width, filled weight, daily quantity and whether the contents are liquid, dry or delicate. Also mention any need for gas flushing or vacuum. Seal quality should be checked on the actual pouch.
What matters when choosing a bottle labelling machine?
Share the container shape, diameter or dimensions, label size, label position and output required. Round, flat, tapered and unusually shaped containers need different checks. Provide a container and label sample where possible.
What power, compressed air or installation space will I need?
These requirements are machine-specific. Check the quoted configuration for voltage, phase, power, air pressure and consumption, floor space and access for operation and maintenance. Have your available utilities ready when discussing the shortlist.
Can I request a demonstration before deciding?
Contact our team with the model or application you are considering. Ask which demonstration options are available for that machine and whether your own product or packaging sample can be used.
What should I prepare for a meaningful machine trial?
Prepare the actual product, packaging or surface, required code or fill quantity and the output you want to achieve. Include your acceptable print, fill or seal quality. Ask the team to confirm the sample quantity needed before sending materials.
How do I confirm installation and operator training?
Ask for the installation and training scope in the quotation. Confirm whether support is remote or on-site, any travel or installation charges, what utilities must be ready and how your operators will be trained.
What should be checked before the machine arrives?
Confirm the dimensions and access route, working space, electrical supply, compressed air if required and the consumables or accessories needed for the first run. Use the requirements for the exact quoted configuration.
How can I contact Kraftomech for support?
Call 8108339969 or email connect@kraftomech.com with your model number, purchase reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs or a short video. This helps the team understand the issue and discuss the next step.
What warranty and after-sales support are included?
Request written confirmation for the quoted machine, including warranty coverage, exclusions, service arrangements, spare parts and any applicable charges. Refer to the agreed quotation and purchase terms.
How do I confirm the correct cartridges, ribbons or spare parts?
Share the machine model and the part or consumable code currently used. For printers, also share the material and message you print. Confirm compatibility and availability before ordering a replacement.
Does the displayed price include taxes, freight and installation?
Confirm these items in the quotation. The website price alone should not be treated as confirmation of tax, freight, installation or accessory inclusions. Ask for a clear breakdown for the selected configuration.
How do I confirm delivery time and payment terms?
Ask our team to confirm stock or manufacturing availability, destination, dispatch timeline, payment milestones and the quotation validity. These terms should be agreed in writing before placing an order.
Are EMI or finance options available?
Ask our team about the options available at the time of enquiry. Any financing arrangement, eligibility and terms must be confirmed separately; the website does not promise finance approval.
