Egg Sorting / Grading Machine Model EGM–361, is an automated equipment used to inspect the quality of the inside and outer shell of eggs and classify them by weight. It is suitable for egg producers, egg product processing factory and food processing factory. According to the egg processing needs of different industries, we have designed a variety of egg grading machines to help you improve production efficiency. It can classify eggs into up to 5 or 7 grades with an accuracy of ±1 gram. Egg grader can be used together with an accumulator, candling detection device, printer, or egg washer. The optional vacuum egg lifter can load 30 eggs on the accumulator at one time to improve work efficiency. The main constitutes include eggs conveying belts, eggs groove, eggs grader and filtrating floor. It is suitable for various kinds of eggs like hen eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs or any other eggs. It’s very fit for egg processing factory, poultry eggs farming market or egg producing company. The conveying part is conveyed in two rows, hen eggs or duck eggs can be placed horizontally. A light bulb can be installed in the middle of the conveyor belt to detect the quality of eggs through light transmission. Workers put the eggs onto the roller belt manually.
The roller belt will convey the eggs into the candling part (Optional), The light will come ON from under the eggs and will penetrate the eggs and at the same time workers can select out stale eggs, cracked eggs, black-cored eggs, mildewed eggs.
After the candling, the good eggs will be conveyed into the grading part and they will be divided into 5 grades by weight, eggs of different weight will fall down onto different channels and eggs of the same weight will fall down onto the same channel.
